NJROTC

The Paloma Valley High School NJROTC (Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps) is a nationally recognized leadership development program dedicated to building character, confidence, discipline, and responsible citizenship. While rooted in military traditions and customs, NJROTC is not a military recruiting program. Instead, it is a student-centered program designed to prepare young men and women for success in high school, college, careers, and life.

Cadets are challenged to grow as leaders by embracing responsibility, serving others, and holding themselves to high standards of integrity, accountability, and personal excellence. Through leadership opportunities, academics, physical fitness, drill, community service, STEM activities, and competitive teams, students develop the confidence and skills needed to make a positive impact both on campus and in their communities.
