Registration Requirements

We accept registrations until 11:30 a.m. We must have the following in order to enroll your student.:

Unofficial Transcripts/Withdraw grades
Proof of residence
- gas, electricity, water or cable bill, rental agreement with proof of payment, or mortgage statement. All documents must be dated within 30-60 days.
- Immunization records including proof of TDap
- Birth Certificate
- Parent ID
- Completed online registration application
Please inform the office at registration if your student meets the following:
- Receiving special education services.
- Has been suspended or expelled from another school.
- Has a 504 plan.
