The Wellness Center is a safe and supportive space where students can access social- emotional support. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating challenges, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you. All services provided by the Wellness Center are confidential. Your privacy is respected, and what you share will remain private, except in cases required by law to ensure safety.

Group Counseling

Connect with peers who may be experiencing similar challenges. Topics may include: building self- confidence, stress management, healthy choices, healthy relationships, and/or grief & loss.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one support tailored to your needs. Individual sessions occur on a weekly basis for 8-12 weeks. Sessions focus on reducing symptom that may be impacting social- emotional and academic functioning.

Mental Health Workshops

The Wellness Center offers monthly workshops focused on various mental health topics:

  • Stress Management
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Building Resiliency
  • Red Ribbon Week
  • Anti-Bullying Prevention

Workshops are held during both school lunches.

Wellness Tips

Each month, the district social worker team shares practical tips for students, staff, and families to help manage stress, build resilience, and support emotional wellness at home and at school.

Hours

The Wellness Center is open before school, during both lunch periods, and after school for walk-ins. During the school day, appointments are required.

Student Referrals

Our Wellness Center Staff checks in with at-promise students that may benefit from Tier 2/Tier 3 services. Referrals are made by administration, counseling staff, and teachers. Parent/Guardian consent forms are needed for small counseling group sessions and individual therapy sessions.
